About SEAC

A school information system built around how schools actually operate.

SEAC is designed to give a school one organized place for the records, workflows and communication that connect management, staff, students and families.

One connected system

Core school records should work together instead of being duplicated across separate spreadsheets and applications.

School-controlled access

Roles and permissions are designed so schools control who can see and manage operational information.

Practical administration

SEAC focuses on everyday school work: students, academics, attendance, finance, staff, communication and family access.

Flexible deployment

Schools can use the hosted model or a school-managed installation path while SEAC keeps licensing and commercial records centrally managed.

For schools

A clear path from registration to daily use.

A school creates its institutional SEAC account, verifies its email and completes the required setup. Hosted schools then proceed through license billing and provisioning to their own isolated SIS.

Staff and guardians use the operational school system under controlled school records and permissions. They are not automatically granted access merely by choosing a school name.
