Features

SEAC is built for more than keeping school records.

Student records, attendance, fees and results are only the beginning. SEAC connects the academic, administrative and everyday operational work that keeps a school running.

What makes SEAC different

Built around how a real school works from morning to closing time.

01

The whole school day

More than records. SEAC helps run the work around them.

From the morning register and class timetable to report cards, fee collection, payroll, parent communication, canteen activity, bookshop sales and the school bell, SEAC is built around the work that keeps a school moving.

02

Switch without starting over

Bring existing student records with you.

Schools that already have student information saved on a computer do not have to type every record again. SEAC provides an import workflow where information can be mapped, reviewed and validated before it is added to the system.

03

Families stay connected

SEAC recognizes the family behind the student record.

When siblings attend the same school, they can share the same guardian record instead of creating the same parent information again and again. Guardian communication can also recognize shared families and avoid unnecessary duplicate messages.

04

Connected school information

Core records are designed to work across the school.

Student, class, guardian, staff and academic information is reused across related workflows so departments do not have to keep rebuilding the same records in separate registers, spreadsheets and applications.

Built for real-world interruptions

SEAC helps protect the school day when things do not go as planned.

01

When the internet goes off

Keep important work moving.

Teachers can continue taking attendance and entering scores during temporary internet interruptions. SEAC keeps the work on the device and synchronizes it when the internet comes back. Scheduled school bells can also continue ringing offline once configured.

02

When the electricity goes off

Come back without starting over.

On SEAC screens with autosave, work is saved as it is entered. If power is suddenly interrupted, this helps reduce the amount of work that may need to be entered again when the computer comes back on.

Autosave protects work that has already been captured. The computer or device still needs electricity or backup power to keep operating during an outage.

Beyond the usual SIS

Useful details you may not expect from a school system.

These are the kinds of jobs schools often handle with separate registers, spreadsheets or standalone tools. SEAC brings them closer to the rest of the school record.

School elections

Manage positions, candidates, voter registration, voting and results inside SEAC instead of relying on a separate election tool.

School bell & siren

Schedule school bells around the academic calendar, including school days, breaks and special dates, with offline ringing support once configured.

Canteen collections

Track daily canteen collections by class, review weekly activity and connect the totals to the school’s finance workflow.

Bookshop sales

Record school-store sales and keep transaction history inside the same system used for the rest of the school.

Clubs & student activities

Keep student clubs and co-curricular activity records alongside the academic and administrative record.

Controlled access by responsibility

Teachers, finance staff, canteen users, storekeepers, administrators and families can work through access designed around their different responsibilities.
